Michael is a dedicated professional with over 18 years combined experience and an in-depth knowledge of the finance and investment banking industries.

He has worked with blue chip Banks such as Nomura International, Lehman Brothers, NatWest Bank and RBS. Michael has built a successful track record as an investment banker and also as an Equity Research analyst managing African and emerging markets equity research.

Since 2012, Michael has been in Ghana where he has successfully set up an Investment Advisory and Technology consulting firm – Herfa Analytics serving the Global Investment community especially in the United Kingdom, India and Ghana.

Michael is also a versatile entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, owning and managing a number of establishments in the United Kingdom.

Nana has 19 years of experience as a technical systems architect and project consultant. Nana specializes predominantly in the delivery of corporate wide information technology solutions and has worked for a vast array of corporate entities spanning into a variety of industrial sectors within the UK.

Nana has played a pivotal role in the delivery of many frontline projects for companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, National Westminster Bank, UBS, BUPA, The London Ambulance Services and much more. In that timeframe Nana also has successfully set up and run his own consultancy firm in the UK.

Nana holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of London, Queen Mary College.

Jojo Alli-Agbenyeke, MAN (RICS) MBA MPAM

With over twelve years project management experience, and a successful track record consulting for blue chip property and construction firms, Jojo now leads the implementation of significant projects in financial services, IT and banking. He has led significant multi-million pound projects for “Big Four” firms such as PwC and DJ Deloitte in construction, finance and business change.

In the construction industry, Jojo led the development and construction of two heavily engineered concrete-framed 80+ storey towers in the UAE. The first tower to be completed, (Ocean Heights) has received multiple awards and at one point was casting a floor slab every four days – a record.

A sought after trouble shooter and project rescue consultant, Jojo is highly regarded for his stakeholder and facilitation skills as well as flawless technical delivery of projects. On large projects with multiple stakeholders, Jojo is particularly effective and is able to bring various parties together to work towards a common goal, often, with spectacular results.

Finally, Jojo is an engaging public speaker and makes regular presentations to the University of Westminster’s MSc. Project management course in London.

We have a dedicated team of land acquisition professionals who, through extensive experience, specialist knowledge and due diligence, acquire the most desirable land and buildings in exciting locations, on and off the market.

Our dedicated and insightful team of architects work closely with the design and technical departments to produce developments that are bright, ergonomic and attractive buildings to live in.

It is the mission of our highly creative design team to give careful attention to the design specification and to ensure a unique style and exceptional finish in all our properties, inside and out.

Overseen by the Construction Manager, our team of Construction and Site Managers ensure that all developments are built in a timely and cost-effective manner. Whether it’s a house or an apartment development, they pride themselves in working with dedication and attention to detail to deliver only the highest specification buildings.

For every property development that we undertake, we put together dedicated teams of designers, builders, architects, surveyors and project managers that work closely to seamlessly deliver on all aspects of our developments – from start to finish. Every  development team includes hand selected, highly motivated, senior, in-house personnel. They are each responsible for their own part of the development process: from acquiring the land, through design, project management and all aspects of health and safety, to checking every unit before release.

We are not just excellent project managers. Our friendly but professional management team ensures we continually drive home the need for maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, and where necessary, arrange extra training for our construction teams. Our designers are responsible for every aspect of the development inside and out, ensuring all interior design and finish specifications are thoroughly met.
